- via iTunes' Back Up Now button
- via iPhone's Tap Settings > iCloud > Backup
2. Sign out of iCloud
- Tap Settings > iCloud
- Scroll down
- Sign Out
3. Erase iPhone's Content and Settings
- Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
- If passcode enabled, Enter your passcode and Restrictions Passcode
- Tap Erase iPhone
- Tap Erase iPhone again to confirm
- If Find My Phone enabled, Enter Apple ID password
