Transfer/Copy diagrams from OpenOffice Draw to Impress

From Draw, select diagrams/objects to copy.

Then right click, select Convert-> To Polygon

Then copy to clipboard.

From Impress, paste from clipboards.

OpenOffice Impress detached / floating Slide Pane

To re attach

CTRL+double click grey area of the Slide pane.
